This consulting company is recruiting for the technology industry so they need to convey a professional and industrial image. But more importantly, their core is to help people and contribute to diversity development which they wanted to look friendly and cheerful.

Ideation
Considering the business goal of the company, here's how the basic logo generated.
It started from brainstorming with some thoughts behind. Here I present some of the drafts and notes:

Final version
After discussed with the client, one idea was been selected. So basically you can see, I kept the shape of the letters from the company name but made some parts round to give it a friendly feeling. The color blue is usually related to intelligence or power. Some brightness makes it look active instead of too aggressive.

Ubuntu will be used as the font for all kinds of materials and presentations for clients.

I designed the whole website on both desktop and mobile phones. It is a one-page website for poeple to read general information by scrolling down and also created some buttons as shortcuts to save time.
The whole theme follows the branding and the company's goal of helping poeple.
